Job Description:

Our client in Corby is currently recruiting a Support/Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st line support to its external and internal clients.

You will provide mainly telephone support to engineers on site and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

The right person will be flexible and diverse within the role as there are other jobs within the company which you may be asked to support with depending on the workload in other areas.

The right person will be someone who has an outgoing personality, willing to help where required, is able to be flexible within their role and willing to learn and progress.

Temporary role which will turn permanent for the right person.
