My Client in Towcester is recruiting a Lead/Senior WordPress Developer - PHP Developer

Experience of the following Required:
- WordPress
- Foundation / Bootstrap
- CSS3
- JQuery
- Gulp / Grunt
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Cross Browser Testing and Compatibility

- Understanding of responsive web design

They are looking for a Lead / Senior WordPess / PHP Developer who is passionate about web technologies to join their team offering beautiful and feature rich websites ranging from templates sites to the fully bespoke, plus web applications and mobile apps for new and existing clients.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining their existing website portfolio and new projects. You will distribute tasks to a team of two designers and one junior developer, and monitor and encourage their progress. You will also assist in recruiting new team members as they expand, training them to follow best practices.

You will be involved in all stages of the process from design to deployment to integration with other systems and liaising with our Software Development and Commercial teams as well as direct contact with their clients where required. They operate in a busy and fast paced environment where they actively encourage you to share your ideas, try new technologies and push through new advancements.

As Lead/Senior Web Developer you will be an expert in your field, with an excellent track record of working on a variety of projects ranging from small to the highly complex. You will have created themes from scratch and be able to write clean code and lead the web team in working to your high standards.

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Salary 30,000 plus bonuses with OTE of 45,000. You will also benefit from ample free secure parking, a well equipped staff break-out area with free refreshments and also an on-site restaurant where they provide their staff with free meals.
