Job Description:

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN CUSTOMER SERVICE or CALL CENTRE?

If so this role maybe for you.

Based in Kettering, you will provide an efficient, effective and professional telephone service to all customers and through administration achieve operational excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures. You will develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with internal colleagues and external clients, suppliers and customers and present a professional image at all times.

The role will be to answer all incoming enquiries and provide information as requested. You will chase outstanding queries, jobs and payments. Make outbound calls within agreed service level requirements.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as be flexible regarding hours

The hours are 9am-5.30pm and is based in Kettering town centre.
