Job Description:

My Client in Leicester is currently recruiting for Business Development to join their team in the largest privately owned fleet management company in the leasing and fleet management sector.

Due to rapid growth, an exciting opportunity to join the sales team of this respected company is available to the right candidate.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment that will suit an energetic and strategic thinker with clear vision and solid networking and communication skills.

You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, maintain current customer relationships, researching new business opportunities and finding new clients, leveraging the company reputation and your own industry contacts to best effect.

You will need:
- Experience of working within a sales environment preferable within the motor industry as part of a dealership, manufacturer or leasing company
- A good understanding of funding options and vehicle categories
- Demonstrated ability to work within a busy sales environment
- Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
- Communication, listening and presentation skills
- Must be computer literate

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
Salary - Competitive
