Job Description:

Quest Employment are looking to employee an Office Administrator for an established home improvement company within a busy but friendly working environment based in Houghton Regis.

Some of the duties involved will be:
- Monitoring surveyors ensuring work is booked in and completed within time scales
- Forwarding orders to production
- Review returned work documents
- Parts ordering
- Ringing customers and booking dates for fitters to attend
- Order Process and Administration
- General office duties (scanning, photocopying, etc…)

Must have:
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Some experience with Office Software Packages
- Ability to work without supervision
- High level of attention to detail
- Good time keeping
- Team player with ability to work within sometimes fast paced environment

Hours of Work
8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm (37.5hrs)

7.50 per hour
This role is a temporary role with a view to perm for the right candidates.
