Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Call Centre Operator to provide frontline support to our client.

You will be required to support delivery associates, providing problem resolution, advice and guidance to overcome any issues they face during the course of trying to deliver Customer items within a timely fashion. As a result the position will be heavily telephone based, involving a lot of interaction with delivery associates out on the road and liaising with the numerous sites operations management teams.

You will need to be able to think on your feet, demonstrate a bias for action and strong sense of urgency, and be able to put people at ease and quickly establish a rapport with a multi-cultural workforce during difficult circumstances.

Supporting delivery associates across the ever-expanding European operation you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be passionate about getting the right result first time. The environment is fast paced and high energy, and you will be expected to help the business smash targets and continually drive improvement and process optimization.

Full training will be provided, so you do not need to have an indepth knowledge of the Logistics industry. That being said you will need to demonstrate excellent customer obsession and a desire go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

The role itself will work a 5 day/40 hour week, with a fixed shift pattern. The business is 24/7 and as a result it is likely that the position will involve weekend work. The 3 shifts available are:
08:00 - 16:30
10:00 - 18:30
14:00 - 22:30

It is worth noting however that some flexibility may be required.

Pay:
9.95 per hour basic
15.28 after 40 hours
20.33 after 50 hours
