Job Description:

Quest Employment are looking to employ an Office Administrator for an established home improvement company within a busy but friendly working environment, based in Houghton Regis.

Some of the duties involved will be:
* Customer care
* Monitoring surveyors ensuring work is booked in and completed within time scales
* Forwarding orders to production
* Review returned work documents
* Parts ordering
* Ringing customers and booking dates for fitters to attend
* Order Process and Administration
* General office duties (scanning, photocopying, etc…)

To be successful, you must have:
* A confident and polite telephone manner
* Some experience with Office Software Packages
* Ability to work without supervision
* High level of attention to detail
* Good time keeping
* Team player with ability to work within sometimes fast paced environment

Hours of Work
8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm (37.5hrs)

7.69 per hour
