Shifts / Hours: 37.5hour per week between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm

Job Description:

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a world leading supplier of Pneumatic and electrical automation technology.

Salary - 20,000 p/a plus generous commission scheme after successful completion of 6 month probationary period where annual salary will be increased to 22,000 p/a and 24,000 p/a after 12 months employment.

Hours – 37.5hour per week between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm

Location – Northampton with occasional travel

Your role will be to help the organisation grow sales and profitability by delivering exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction through customer interaction and administration support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities -
* Deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, fax or email requests
* Maintaining an excellent service level by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Prioritising workload to maintain KPI’s
* Provide 1st level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements and achieve a first call resolution
* Increase sales by Up Selling
* Ensure all customers details are checked and updated as necessary
* Assist the Customer Centre Manager with other duties as and when required

Essential Attributes and Qualifications –
* Excellent knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
* Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
* Professional appearance
* Articulate with clear speech
* Reliable
* Minimum 1 year’s experience working in an inbound/outbound customer service and sales telephone environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail

A knowledge of mechanical and electrical automation and engineering is desired but not essential.

Interviews will take place on 18th, 20th and 27th of July
