Established in February 1993 by David Parker and Mark Russell, Quest Employment was built on the philosophy of providing a professional service normally only associated with national agencies whilst maintaining the 'intimate' understanding and personal approach of a local independent consultancy. Due to the resounding success of the Northampton branch, further offices have been opened in Bedford, Corby, Coventry, Doncaster, Leicester, Luton, Peterborough, Spalding and Swansea. With the desire to provide a personalised and highly focused recruitment service we are proud of the growth and reputation we have attained. Our recruitment teams all have long and established careers in the recruitment market, so you can therefore be sure of an excellent level of service. Quest continues to expand our stand alone on-site operations, providing cost effective and value adding solutions to many of our clients. We will remove the burden of recruitment, staff relations, payroll functions and much more, leaving your staff to get on with their own jobs. Quest is a full member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the governing body of the recruitment industry. We adhere to the REC code of practice that was created to ensure that members conduct their business effortlessly under the highest standards. We are fully licensed by the GLA. The Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) regulates those who supply labour or use workers to provide services in agriculture, horticulture, and food processing and packaging. This safeguards the welfare and interests of workers whilst ensuring Labour Providers operate within the law |
