|
Originally founded in February 1993 by David Parker and Mark Russell, the business was built on the philosophy of providing a professional service normally only associated with national agencies whilst maintaining the 'intimate' understanding and personal approach of a local independent consultancy. With continued commitment and dedication to service, Quest continued to expand with the opening of branches in Peterborough and Bedford. In 1999, organic growth led to the opening of the Luton office. From there Quest expanded further still and the new millennium saw the opening of the Coventry and Leicester Branches. 2001 proved to be a great year for Quest. Quest's continued growth is due to our dedication to customer satisfaction and our ability to diversify. With a new office in Nottingham, Quest are strategically aligned to supply a fast, effective response to our clients whilst maintaining our personal philosophy, ingrained as the cornerstone of our business. Quest then entered a period of consolidation, we decided to strengthen the existing branches, grow organically and move towards building partnerships with a number of national organisations. We have set up many on site contracts throughout the UK and are always looking at new initiatives to improve our service and forge long term partnerships with our clients. 2007 has seen the opening of our Spalding & Birmingham branches and we are actively at several other potential locations to add to our existing network coverage. This year has also seen the opening of our Driving Division, which will add further credence to our already successful logistics solutions. Quest continue to expand our stand alone on-site operations, proving extremely cost effective and value adding to many of our clients throughout the UK. Quest Employment gained Investors In People accreditation in October 2003. An important aspect of our infrastructure support is the focus on the retention and development of our people. This ensures consistency and advancement of service delivery to our clients.
