Exciting times at Quest Employment, our ‘National Recruitment Team’ launched in June 2020 headed up by Ashley Smith with a team of experienced recruiters.

We are proud of our longstanding relationships that have seen us work with some of the UKs biggest regional and national employers for many years. This addition to the extensive services we offer this is a big step in the right direction to aid the fulfilment of our key client base and to further strengthen those relationships.

Our partnership approach is ongoing and once we know exactly what you are looking for, we begin building bespoke talent pools from our sophisticated applicant tracking candidate database coupled with the 11 branches across the UK and our 50 on-site operations. As well as scouring our own databases and job boards we can target additional applicants with recruitment campaigns using your branding through our strong social media networks to include our remote recruitment vehicle.

We are passionate about sourcing the right candidates and will take full accountability of your recruitment campaign. We intend to build and strengthen key relationships to ensure each candidate interaction cultivates a positive impression of your business, leaving candidates enthusiastic and motivated.
