Social Media & Marketing

The Social Media & Marketing Manager remotely manages a team of 10 Social Media Champions based in each branch, which means we can immediately be responsive to requirement needs and provide a tailored digital marketing strategy for each client.

Utilising apps such as Canva, Biteable, Adobe Creative Suite, Ripl, Overlay and more, our Social Media & Marketing Manager creates eye catching adverts for each of our clients and branch teams, providing digital support to branch efforts in recruiting candidates from all backgrounds.

The majority of our branches are ranked Number 1 for recruitment on Facebook in their local area, meaning that our adverts are seen by candidates in these areas area first. We have cultivated a strong presence on Facebook as this is where a large number of candidates come from on social media, and we also have LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik Tok to complement this.

We produce a Social Media Report each week to measure the success of our branch pages to ensure we are maximising audience engagement and reach. Our aim is to position ourselves about the competition online.
