Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (occasional overtime available)

Our client is a growing company based in Bedford, and they’re looking for an experiencedCustomer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly team on a temporary basis.

The Role:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email and webchat

  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times

  • Meeting weekly KPIs and targets

  • Providing solutions efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment

Who we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for someone with previouscall centre or high-volume customer service experience, who is confident on the phone and thrives in a target-driven setting. - MUST HAVE

·KPI’S to be met weekly

This is ideal for a person that has experience in a busy call centre environment.
