Flower Nursery Picker

​Quest Employment are currently recruiting Nursery Workers for a busy and growing nursery farm based in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor .

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Nursery Worker, your duties may include:

• Planting and potting flowers and plants
• Watering and maintaining flowers and plants to quality standards
• Preparing flowers and plants for dispatch
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Labelling and packaging products ready for delivery
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Working within greenhouse and outdoor environments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the working areas
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• General nursery and warehouse duties

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail

Previous experience in nursery work, gardening, horticulture, warehouse, production, picking, packing, or outdoor work would be beneficial but is not essential.
