Hours:Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts)

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in line with training and safety procedures

• Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks

• Loading and unloading materials

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Supporting other departments as required

Requirements

• Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred

• Machine operating experience is advantageous

• FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence is beneficial

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
