​Labelling Operatives Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Labelling Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and stable Monday to Friday hours.

The Role

As a Labelling Operative, your duties will include:

• Carrying out product labelling accurately and efficiently
• Checking products, labels and relevant information to ensure accuracy
• Following standard operating procedures and site instructions
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Supporting the wider warehouse operation when required
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team member
• General warehouse duties as required

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual, particularly for the 6:00am start
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent standards
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment

Previous warehouse or labelling experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
