Production Operative

​Quest Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy and growing food production company based in Rugby.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and stable hours.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Decorating doughnuts to company standards
• Applying toppings, fillings, and glazes
• Packing finished doughnuts ready for dispatch
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Checking product quality and presentation
• Labelling and preparing orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• General production and warehouse duties

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a food production environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have good attention to detail, especially for decorating products
• Willing to follow hygiene and safety procedures

Previous experience in production, food handling, packing, bakery, warehouse, or factory work would be beneficial but is not essential.
