Salary: £28,933 per annum

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Watford.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every arrival, stay and departure is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs

  • Handling guest enquiries both in person and over the phone

  • Processing reservations and updating guest records

  • Providing information about hotel facilities and services

  • Ensuring the reception area is presented to a high standard

  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous reception, front office or customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience using hotel booking systems is advantageous
