Recruitment Administrator & Front of House Assistant
Location - Quest Employment Banbury
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay rate - £13.50 per hour
Hours - 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a confident and organised Administrator & Front of House Assistant to join our busy industrial recruitment branch in Banbury. The Role
As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all candidates and visitors. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting candidates who visit the branch
Handling general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Registering new candidates and carrying out compliance checks
Conducting ID verification and right-to-work checks
Supporting payroll administration
Assisting with candidate resourcing for current vacancies
Maintaining accurate records and database updates
