Salary: £29,537 per annum

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Watford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest reservations, responding to enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service while maximising room occupancy and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing hotel reservations via phone, email and online channels
Assisting guests with booking enquiries and requests
Maintaining accurate reservation records
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Working closely with front office and sales teams

Requirements:

Previous reservations, hotel reception or hospitality experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience using hotel booking systems is advantageous
