Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welders to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for a long-term role with immediate starts available and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding work to precise specifications within a busy production environment.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and previous TIG welding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out TIG welding to a high standard

• Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications

• Fabricating and assembling metal components

• Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

• Using hand and power tools safely

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following all Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous TIG welding experience is essential

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Good manual dexterity and practical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
