Pay Rate:

Day Shift: £13.40 per hour
Night Shift: £13.90 per hour
Freezer Shift Allowance: Additional £0.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Bicester. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking for ongoing work with regular shift patterns.

Shift Patterns

You will work 5 days out of 7, with one weekend day always off.

Available shifts:

Days: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Afternoons: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Nights: 9:00pm – 6:00am

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading goods
Moving stock around the warehouse
Checking and organising stock
Preparing goods for dispatch
Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
Following all health & safety procedures
Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

Chilled & Freezer Environment

The role may involve working in a chilled or freezer environment.

£0.50 per hour additional freezer allowance
Heated cabins/equipment provided where applicable
Breaks provided every 2 hours when working in the freezer
You may occasionally need to leave equipment/cabins to complete other duties
Candidates should be comfortable working in cold temperatures

What You Need

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Able to work 5 days out of 7
Comfortable working in chilled/freezer environments where required
Good understanding of workplace health & safety

You only need to provide your own safety shoes and dress appropriately/warmly for the working environment.

No FLT licence is required for this role.
