Location: Lichfield – Fradley Park
Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour
Shift: Morning shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary | Ongoing

Warehouse Operatives Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy company based in Lichfield, Fradley Park.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Working within a modern warehouse environment
• Picking and packing stock accurately
• Loading and unloading goods
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and cleanliness on site
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations

Key Skills and Experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail

Previous experience in warehouse, production, picking, packing, manufacturing, logistics or factory work would be beneficial but is not essential.
