Warehouse Operative/ Printers

​Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Printers for a busy and growing company based in Southam

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative / Printer, your duties may include:

• Supporting different departments within the warehouse on a daily rotation
• Assisting with printing and cutting duties
• Overseeing embroidery runs
• Checking garment quality and identifying printing faults
• Stopping machines and reporting issues to the Printing Manager when required
• Labelling and bagging garments
• Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
• Moving and allocating stock within the warehouse
• Removing garments from dryers and carrying out quality checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within all working areas
• General warehouse and production duties

• Confident in identifying and reporting quality issues
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible and willing to move between departments

• Organised and methodical in their approach to work
• Good attention to detail

Previous experience in warehouse, production, printing, embroidery, dispatch, quality control, or manufacturing would be beneficial but is not essential.
