Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution company based in Leighton Buzzard.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00pm – 8:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and scanning parcels efficiently accurately for dispatch.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

• Moving stock around the warehouse floor to designated bay areas.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: The role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically comfortable with continuous physical work.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality for night shifts (11pm – 8am).

• Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well within a team.

• Communication: Clear communication skills and good attention to detail.
