Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Our client, a well-established distribution and storage warehouse based in Burton-on-Trent, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who can lead by example and support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising daily warehouse operations
• Managing and motivating warehouse staff
• Ensuring goods are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
• Monitoring productivity and performance levels
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Assisting with loading and unloading when required
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised
• Reporting directly to management on warehouse performance

Requirements:
• Previous warehouse supervisory experience is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable and flexible attitude

Desirable (Not Essential):
• FLT Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA licence
• Experience within distribution and storage operations
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
