We're currently looking to recruit staff to work with us in the following positions:

Business Development Executive – | PETERBOROUGH, STOKE, NORTHAMPTON, LUTON 

Salary £25k to £40k + Uncapped Bonus

Quest Employment are currently seeking Business Development Managers to cover our Peterborough, Stoke, Northampton and Luton offices.  

This is a target driven role which will mainly involve the following:

  • Build a rapid understanding of Quest's culture and business needs.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, subsequently deliver an increasingly aggressive sales budget.
  • Identifying prospects within both the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Making appointments with decision makers by cold calling/ emails and the use of social media.
  • Arranging and undertaking sales visits.
  • Devise effective solutions in consultation with the client and ensuring all elements of the contract are successfully implemented.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals that will win business.
  • Liaising back to the correct branch with sales updates and reporting directly to the Sale Director.

To be considered for this exciting position, it is important that candidates demonstrate the following essential skills / experience:

  • At least 2 years proven SALES experience
  • Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets
  • First-class communication skills
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry preferred but not essential 

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Self-motivated, driven to achieve
  • Tenacious is not deterred by a 'NO'
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • A full clean UK driving licence
  • Be based within the branches mentioned above and flexible to move between each area.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and oral as well as possessing good listening skills

Recruitment Consultant – | PETERBOROUGH 

Salary £18,500 - £21,000 plus excellent uncapped commission structure (Immediate bonus) OTE £24,000 - £27,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Due to the expansion of our Peterborough branch, we are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Duties include; Account management, resourcing, candidate and client management, administration

Industrial Branch Manager – | Northampton

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent uncapped commission structure (Immediate bonus) OTE £45,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

We have fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join our team based in Northampton.

As a billing Recruitment Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for getting the branch service, sales and winning new business with the full support and guidance of senior management.

The person we are looking for will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving the branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Onsite Account Manager – | Stoke

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexiable around business needs)

We are looking for a Onsite Account Manager to join our team in Stoke. Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Onsite Account Managers are responsible for supporting new accounts and existing accounts

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the clients team in order to meet Quest employment, as well as the clients business objectives.  
  • Ensure that Quest Employment comply with all relevant employment and Health and Safety legislation.  
  • Responsible for the management of temporary staff attending the clients site and liaising with managers at all levels on staffing.

Social Media Executive – | Coventry

Salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum (dependant on experience) plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Quest are recruiting a Social Media Executive within our Coventry branch.

Job Purpose; Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Social Media Executive will create and manage engaging content for our company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

Duties;
Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant platforms
Manages company website, creating adverts, industry updates and interesting everchanging content
Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content

Skills and Abilities;
Marketing or Social Media Marketing qualification and /or experience preferred
Excellent use of the English language with verbal and written creative flair
Working Knowledge of using various IT packages
Problem solving skills
Advanced user and awareness using Social Media platforms
Advanced working knowledge in using MSO – Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Self-motivation is crucial for the role
