Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus bonus

  • Assisting in running inductions and supporting new starters
  • Meeting new starters and guide site tours
  • Working on candidate attraction through various forms of advertising and social media, and relationships with job centers and training providers
  • Screening of candidates for interview
  • Lease and update branch with any new bookings
  • Responsible for candidate compliance – checking the eligibility to work in the UK documents prior to inductions

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for effectively managing the requirement of our clients and the following duties;

  • Daily communications with existing clients to ensure smooth service
  • Regular site visits to build relationships
  • Service review meetings with clients
  • Advertising vacant positions using all methods in Quest's Recruitment Toolbox
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Placing candidates in to work compliantly
  • Maintaining branch standards

12 months industrial recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
