Salary £20k - £23k + unlimited commission

  • Identifying key contacts within companies and building strong relationships with them until point of sale and beyond

Central Sales Manager - NORTHAMPTON

Salary £28k - £32k + Uncapped Bonus

We are currently looking to recruit a Central Sales Manager to manage our central sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. 

As the Central Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the increased profitability of the branches by region, by the development and conversion of prospective key accounts, whilst managing a central telesales and BDM team.

You will be preferably from the recruitment industry and have a high conversion cold call to client.

The team’s key responsibilities, under your direction will include but not be limited to the following:

  • To have a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition to ensure maximum penetration across Quest Employments services
  • Generate new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • To keep up to date with legislation / employment law and developments within our industry and other areas within the post holder’s scope of professional expertise and knowledge.
  • Generate leads and appointments, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, in addition to any provided via tele-marketing.  Contribute to campaigns held within the Central Sales Team as well as effectively managing client accounts for repeat business through referrals.

Business Development Manager – | PETERBOROUGH 

Salary £28k to £32k + Uncapped Bonus

Quest Employment are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the Peterborough area. 

This is a target driven role which will mainly involve the following:

  • Build a rapid understanding of Quest's culture and business needs.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, subsequently deliver an increasingly aggressive sales budget.
  • Identifying prospects within both the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Making appointments with decision makers by cold calling/ emails and the use of social media.
  • Arranging and undertaking sales visits.
  • Devise effective solutions in consultation with the client and ensuring all elements of the contract are successfully implemented.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals that will win business.
  • Liaising back to the correct branch with sales updates and reporting directly to the Sale Director.

To be considered for this exciting position, it is important that candidates demonstrate the following essential skills / experience:

  • At least 2 years proven SALES experience
  • Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets
  • First class communication skills
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry preferred but not essential 

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Self-motivated, driven to achieve
  • Tenacious, is not deterred by a 'NO'
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • A full clean UK driving licence
  • Be based within the branches mentioned above and flexible to move between each area.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and oral as well as possessing good listening skills

Telesales Executive - NORTHAMPTON  

Salary £18k - £21k with excellent bonus scheme

To continue with our expansion plans, we are recruiting for a Telesales Executive to support our Business Development Managers. You will be required to make outbound calls and gain business appointments, building a rapport with potential clients.
