We have a great opportunity for experienced Commercial Consultant to our Banbury Team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, Recruitment Consultants will ensure effective sales strategies are in place and to increase the level of new business conversions achieved.

The role would be to successfully build a Perms desk, whilst ensuring repeat business. 

The role;

  • To have a clear understanding of the Commercial temporary/permanent recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Identifying key contact within companies and building strong relationships with them until point of sales and beyond
  • Taking vacancy briefs, creating high quality adverts and sourcing the best available candidates, you will play a key role in achieving and exceeding our growth aspirations.
