Quest Employment are pleased to announce that we are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader for a progressive client based in the Corby area.
Our client specialises in the manufacture of foam inserts for a wide range of clients for both commercial and residential purposes.
As a Production Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor to conduct production activities using the procedures supplied to complete the tasks and supervise staff as directed/guided by the manufacturing manager & production supervisor. Provide a client-driven service for all related tasks with excellent attention to detail at all times ensuring all internal procedures are maintained and all dispatches to customers are fulfilled to a quality level that is line with Company Quality and Objectives.
In this role you will report directly into the Manufacturing Manager and your duties will include supporting the following areas:
