Flexible Employee Personal Accident Insurance Scheme
Quest Employment offers all flexible employees access to a Personal Accident Insurance Scheme through Club Quest.
We understand that life is unpredictable. That’s why we offer our workers protection in the event of an injury occurring in the workplace or while commuting.
What Is Personal Accident Insurance?
This insurance provides essential financial support and compensation in the case of genuine occupational accidents. Coverage applies to incidents at authorised contract sites or while commuting.
Benefits are paid for major accidents that prevent you from working for more than 4 weeks. The first four weeks (known as the initial period) are not covered. After that, Temporary Total Disablement benefits are payable for up to 48 weeks.
The scheme is arranged and managed by Partners& Limited Insurance Brokers on your behalf if you choose to opt in.

If you’ve previously joined the scheme but wish to leave, you can request an Opt-out form from your local branch or access the link in the employee handbook.
Why Is This Cover Important?
- ✔ 135 fatal workplace accidents occurred between 2022 and 2023.
- ✔ Over 581,000 injuries were reported at work that year (Labour Force Survey).
- ✔ Approximately 69,000 of these were major injuries that led to more than 7 days off work.

- ✔ Permanent Loss of Limbs
- ✔ Permanent Partial Disability
- ✔ Permanent Loss of Sight, Speech or Hearing
- ✔ Permanent Total Disability
- ✔ Temporary Total Disability
