​Hi, my name is Lavinia-Anamaria Tirtan, and I’ve been working as an Onsite Coordinator for the past two years. During this time, I’ve gained a lot of experience in recruitment and managing day-to-day operations directly at client sites. I enjoy being the link between teams, helping with onboarding, solving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I work well under pressure, stay organised, and always try to bring a positive attitude to the workplace. I really enjoy building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, seeing people succeed in the roles I help place them in is one of the best parts of the job.

Outside of work, I love hiking, doing yoga, and spending time reading or learning new things that help me grow both personally and professionally.
