​I’m the Central Support Manager at Quest, where I thrive on the variety and fast-paced nature of each day. Since joining in 2015, I’ve leveraged my background in PA, HR, and senior support roles to help ensure smooth operations across the business.

Whether I’m planning company-wide events, supporting multiple departments, or tackling challenges, I’m often juggling many tasks at once. My responsibilities include managing a wide range of HR duties—onboarding new starters, processing leavers, tracking sales bonuses, and overseeing sickness and holiday records, maternity leave, and pensions.

In addition to HR, I assist with ordering marketing materials and PPE, handling car breakdowns, insurance and accident queries, and overseeing company car orders and driving licence checks. I'm also the first point of contact for IT issues, coordinating laptop setups and hub access.

Highly organised and a strong team player, I genuinely enjoy the dynamic and evolving nature of my role.
