Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend overtime

6:00am–2:00pm
10:00am–6:00pm (changing to 2:00pm–10:00pm from November)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Temporary

Job Overview:

Quest Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy and fast-paced distribution centre. This role involves working within a friendly team, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control checks on products to ensure standards are met.
Gift pack and prepare items for distribution.
Carry out general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and labelling.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety procedures.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and support colleagues where required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehousing, quality control, or gift packing.
Flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt to changing shift patterns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high performance.
