I am the Manager of the Corby branch and previously managed the Northampton branch having worked for Quest Employment since 2017. I have a 20+ years’ experience of working in the Sales & Service sectors and pride myself on finding the right ‘balance’ between working as an extension of my clients and prospects and being on the periphery during the quieter periods. This is something I try and embed in my team to allow a continuous and progressive level of service.

Having worked in many industries during my earlier career, I have a solid understanding or Fabrication, Assembly, Production, Administration, Logistics, Export and Distribution which allows me to share in my client’s pain and help identify the people and strategies to help drive their businesses forward.

Working with candidates is my passion and I am strong believer that there a job for everybody and I make it my personal mission to work with and identify which career paths and opportunities suit the individual – there is no greater satisfaction than tying the right candidate to the right employment opportunity.

When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, binging on TV, cheering on Liverpool FC (Champions!!!) and firing up the BBQ with my family!!!
