We screen applicants, arrange interviews and manage onboarding and compliance checks.
Do I have to pay Quest Employment to get a job?
No, Quest does not charge candidates any fees.
What should I bring before starting a role?
Bring your Right to Work documents and any required certificates (e.g., forklift, food hygiene).
How often will I get paid?
Most temporary roles pay weekly. We confirm pay schedules once placed.
Which areas of the UK do you cover for staffing?
We supply staff nationwide but focus especially on areas with high demand. Contact us with your postcode for available roles in your region.
Can I apply if I only want part-time or flexible hours?
Yes. We work with employers offering full-time, part-time and flexible shifts. Let us know your availability and we will match you with suitable employers.
What happens if I’m unhappy with my placement?
Contact your consultant straight away. We will work with you and the employer to find a resolution or offer alternative opportunities when possible.
Do you help with training or certifications if I need them for a job?
If a role requires a specific certification, we will advise you. In some cases we may provide guidance but you remain responsible for obtaining it.
How often can I update my availability or preferences with Quest?
You can contact your consultant anytime to update your availability, preferred role type or location. We will keep your file updated and let you know about suitable jobs.
What if an employer does not pay on time or pays incorrectly?
Contact us immediately and we will raise the issue on your behalf. We liaise with employers to resolve payment problems as soon as possible.
