​As the Regional Sales Manager for Corby and Leicester, I bring over a decade of experience in recruitment across the construction and childcare sectors. My background has given me a deep understanding of people, business needs, and the value of building strong, lasting relationships.

I thrive in my role as RSM — no two days are ever the same! I enjoy the variety my position offers, from meeting new clients and supporting branch operations to developing strategies that drive growth. I’m highly organised, work well under pressure, and embrace every challenge with a positive mindset and a plan.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about horses and spend much of my free time with my Irish Draft horse, Jack. Competing and riding him gives me a great sense of balance and fulfilment beyond the workplace.
