​With over a decade of experience in recruitment, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for people to my role as Branch Manager at our Luton office. What I love most about working at Quest—and recruitment in general—is that no two days are ever the same. Each day brings fresh challenges and new opportunities to grow, connect, and make a difference.

I take a relaxed and approachable leadership style, focusing on building meaningful relationships with both colleagues and clients. Outside of work, I’m a keen fisherman and regularly spend time on the water with my dad and mates, enjoying the calm and the camaraderie.
