​David Parker Known as DP a British businessman in the Recruitment Industry. Born 1957 in Dublin. I left school and joined the Royal Navy, in which I travelled around most of the world. After leaving the services I worked with Mark Russell in a recruitment company, when we decided to start up on our own and established Quest Employment in 1993. Our first office, a damp attic of a lingerie shop in Northampton town centre.

After working in a very regimented recruitment office, Mark and I took a more relaxed family orientated approach for Quest, operating largely in the industrial sector. The enjoyable part of my job was going around factories and facilities seeing how things are made, or how a distribution centre operates.

Outside of work, I enjoy motorsport following F1, and am part of a racing team, with a vintage Mallock which was built locally in the 1970’s in Northamptonshire. Living rurally, I am also a great twitcher.
