​Before stepping into the world of recruitment, I spent nearly seven years at John Lewis and a few years at Marks & Spencer, where I built a strong foundation in customer service. Those experiences naturally led me to a career where people are at the heart of everything I do.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with others and take pride in being empathetic, analytical, and patient - especially when it comes to achieving meaningful results.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me practicing meditation, exploring energy work, or getting lost in the pages of a good mystery romance novel.
