​I’m the Commercial Director at Quest Employment, where I’ve proudly worked since 2002. My core responsibilities include compliance, marketing, project management, internal recruitment, operational efficiencies and supporting my fellow Directors. I collaborate with a wide range of talented individuals, including external professional partners, to help drive the company toward its strategic objectives. Even after all these years, I remain as energised and motivated as ever to push the business forward.

Prior to joining Quest, I held a senior role at a competing recruitment firm. That experience was instrumental in developing my leadership and management skills, which I brought with me to Quest along with a strong sense of drive and confidence.

The people are what truly make Quest the company it is today. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building lifelong friendships here making it a genuinely rewarding place to work.

Outside of work, I’m incredibly proud of my family and spend quality time with them as my children grow up. We live on a smallholding, which allows me to enjoy the outdoors and pursue my hobbies of restoring vintage tractors, bee keeping and harvesting the orchard. I challenge myself each year by stepping out of my comfort zone, past adventures include cycling Tour de France mountain stages and kayaking across the English Channel.

From a sporting perspective, I enjoy a wide range of activities including padel, tennis, golf, cricket, cycling, and five-a-side football.
