I’m a Regional Manager at Quest Employment, covering our Northampton, Coventry and Luton branches. I’ve worked in recruitment for over 12 years and have led teams for most of my career, with a strong focus on developing consultants through training and mentoring.

I’m passionate about helping others grow, whether that’s supporting clients or guiding my team, and I pride myself on being approachable, supportive, and always leading by example.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the handball court – it’s my favourite way to stay active and competitive.
