​I’m a Senior Branch Manager at Quest Employment, specialising in industrial and catering recruitment in our Northampton branch. I’ve worked in recruitment for over 12 years and have led teams for most of my career, with a strong focus on developing consultants through training and mentoring.

I’m passionate about helping others grow, whether that’s supporting clients or guiding my team, and I pride myself on being approachable, supportive, and always leading by example.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the handball court – it’s my favourite way to stay active and competitive.
