​I’m the Regional Manager for the Southern Region at Quest Employment, covering Banbury, Bedford, Luton & Northampton industrial branches in addition to Quest’s newest two divisions, Commercial & Catering.

I’m privileged to have spent over 12 very happy years at Quest – a company who truly treats people as the priority, encourages, rewards & develops team members and embodies the values & culture I believe in such as people centricity, collaboration & empowerment. Prior to my career at Quest, my background is solely recruitment having joined the industry aged 18 – experience that has given me a great insight into what good recruitment & people management should look like.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible travelling the world, seeing family & friends or at Women’s Boxing Northampton!
