As Regional Manager for Bedford, Banbury and the Commercial Division, my focus is on supporting high-performing teams, developing future leaders and driving sustainable growth across the region.
I work closely with our Branch Managers and Commercial consultants to build capability, strengthen performance and ensure our teams have the structure, confidence and tools to succeed. I take real pride in mentoring and coaching, helping individuals progress towards their personal and professional goals and celebrating success along the way.
