The Opportunity As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and profitability of the Leicester branch. You will lead from the front in business development, setting the standard in client engagement, candidate management, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and personal billing capability. Key Responsibilities Drive new business generation across Leicester and the surrounding area Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with company objectives Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients and candidates Ensure fulfilment targets are consistently achieved across key accounts Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to maximise performance Monitor branch KPIs, analyse sales data, and implement performance improvements Prepare sales forecasts, set branch objectives, and report progress to the Senior Management Team - prepare and present a quarterly presentation at the managers meeting Attend networking events and actively represent the business within the local market Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company standards Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Branch Manager or Senior Consultant within the Leicester market Demonstratable success in business development and revenue growth Strong background supplying into sectors such as Warehouse, Food Production, and Logistics Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive branch profitability Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Commercially focused with high levels of drive and ambition Full UK driving licence What’s in It for You?
