Job description

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have good technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to specifications using various tools and equipment

  • Follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times

  • Conduct quality control checks to identify and address any issues or defects

  • Solder components as needed for electronic assemblies

  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Production Operative or similar role

  • Proficiency in assembling and manufacturing processes

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
