Catering Assistant

​​About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Assistants to join our busy hospitality team in Edinburgh. You’ll play a key role in supporting our chefs and helping to deliver a great experience for our customers in a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support food preparation and service

​

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen area

​

- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety standards

- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

​

- A Level 1 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate (essential)

​

- Previous experience working as a Catering Assistant or in a similar kitchen role

​

- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills

​

- The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
