Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing products according to order specifications (Skills: 028 Picking, 028 Packing).
• Performing quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Reworking items when necessary to correct defects or discrepancies.
• Entering and maintaining precise data records related to production and dispatch activities (Skill: Data Entry).
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operational flow.
• Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting any issues or shortages.
• Contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and continually uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or despatch role, ideally with skills in packing, picking, quality control, and rework.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Good data entry skills with the ability to handle production-related information effectively.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet production demands.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse or production setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day

• Start your shift by reviewing daily orders and preparing the workstation.
• Pick and pack items carefully, ensuring each order is complete and accurate.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address any defects through rework.
• Enter relevant production and dispatch data into company systems.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workload and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace inclusivity and operational excellence.
