Act as the key kitchen lead in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Monitor food costs, control budgets, and ensure smooth, profitable operations.
About You:
Proven experience in a similar Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role, ideally within a luxury or event-focused venue.
Creative, organised, and quality-driven, with a flair for modern, seasonal dishes.
A strong leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
