The Role
If you’re a natural communicator who thrives on keeping things organised and people happy, this one’s for you. We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator who’s switched on, reliable, and genuinely enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes and front of house.

You don’t need a decade in property — just the drive to learn, the confidence to deal with people, and a good dose of common sense.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with tenants and landlords to match the right people to the right homes

• Booking and conducting viewings (you’ll need to drive)

• Handling references, paperwork, and move-ins with care and accuracy

• Keeping CRM systems up to date and compliant

• Working with the property management team to keep everything moving

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car

• Some working experience — customer service, admin, sales, or hospitality all count

• Strong organisation skills and a steady head under pressure

• Professional, reliable, and easy to get along with

• A willingness to learn the lettings process from the ground up

What You Might Not Like

• It’s full-time, office-based, and includes alternate Saturdays (9–4)

• It’s busy — lots of juggling, follow-ups, and people management

• You’ll be held accountable — this isn’t a role where you can just “wing it”
