Production Operative

Quest Employment are recruiting for a spice manufacturing company located near to Asda in Corby.

This position is for a Production Operative based within their mixing department and is an ongoing position with an opportunity to be taken on permanently after 12 weeks.

Our client offers a Monday to Friday shift rota with a rotating 6am-2pm / 2-10pm shift pattern, and pay rates starting at £11.50 an hour increasing to £12.16 an hour once training is completed.

Your main duties will be working within their spice mixing department – this can be very manual work and you will be expected to lift items up to and including 25KG throughout your shift so you will need to be physically fit for this role.

For this position you must:

• Be physically fit due to lifting required.
• Be dependable and trustworthy as the production relies on your attendance of shift.
• Be hardworking and have an excellent work ethic. 
• Have a good understanding of English.
