💰Pay Rate: £13.07 p/hour, 40-hour work week (4 – 6 weeks)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment. This role supports daily office functions, coordinates between departments, and ensures smooth administrative operations across production, logistics, and customer service.

Duties:

·       Provide general administrative support to production, sales, and logistics teams.

·       Handle data entry, maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

·       Generate and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

·       Consult with suppliers and customers via email and phone to confirm orders and delivery schedules.

·       Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

·       Assist with all documentation, quality control records, and compliance paperwork.

·       Coordinate internal meetings and maintain calendars.

·       Prepare reports and assist with month-end duties.

·       Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and policies.

Requirements:

·       GCSEs.

·       Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred)

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
